This included talent identification and mapping of young potentials within the organization, as well as leadership assessment of the management team focusing on change readiness. The goal was to understand the future needs of the organization, identify high-potential employees with leadership or specialist potential, and ensure career growth and development opportunities for all employees.
The Solution:
SLG consultants conducted leadership assessments using various tests and questionnaires, provided one-on-one and group feedback for the entire management team, and worked closely with the CEO to profile the company’s team members. This comprehensive approach aimed to evaluate the leadership capabilities and change readiness of the management team while identifying and mapping young potentials within the organization.
