A Nordic company in the agricultural sector was experiencing slow to moderate growth and profitability and wanted to expand upon and improve its leadership team. The goal was to bring in people with strong drive, industry knowledge, and a systematic approach which could enable the company to learn from experiences in other business units across the Nordics, while simultaneously having strong technical skills within the business.
The Solution:
SLG consultants were engaged to recruit several leadership team positions, drawing upon the extensive knowledge of the SLG team and its partners to find candidates from relevant industries. Experienced professionals from many industries were found, ending with the recruitment of two key members of the top management team for the client.
